A Study on the Improvement of Real Estate Registrar System Using Block Chain

In order to make transactions safely with existing virtual currencies, people had to go through middle relay companies such as banks, credit card companies and PayPal, and they had to enter too much personal information to make payments, which is highly likely to cause security problems. Thus, although blockchain-related technologies, have been developed since the 1990s, they have not been applied in practice. It is more than real estate system to ensure that the right and the real rights of the right-to-right rights meet, each other, and it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the registered system by preventing the absence of insolvency. The rights of the Republic of Korea are the right ones. They will be able to get more guarantees, and those who trust and deal with the real estate register will be able to prevent the damage. Therefore, the study will analyze the current real estate system's status in terms of real estate transactions, and use a blockchain to gain implications for the development of current real estate systems.
