한국 언론사 간 소송에 나타난 특성에 관한 연: 2001년부터 2018년까지의 판례를 중심으로

This study looked at the status of lawsuits between Korean media companies and what characteristics appeared in lawsuits from 2001 to 2018. Furthermore, the focus of the case between the press and the press was on the nature of the legal principles shown in the ruling. According to the report on the distribution of plaintiffs and defendants, MBC and Media Today were the most distributed among the plaintiffs. The hallmark of lawsuits among media outlets is that they often file lawsuits once they are intended to subdue the other party unconditionally in the event of problems or criticism from each other. This creates problems that prevent legitimate criticism and often withdraws the cattle through consensus after a while, which in the eyes of viewers and readers is seen as a media-like lawsuit, thus reducing the credibility of the media. Even considering the results of the actual inter-media lawsuits, 28 cases were won and 40 cases of defeat, except for deliberate attacks on perception and slanderous remarks, the court regarded the media as public standing and acknowledged mutual criticism or criticism of each other in a wide range.
