Rasch 모형을 이용한 교직 적성·인성 검사 도구의 타당화

본 연구의 주요 목적은 예비교사를 대상으로 교직 적성인성 수준을 평가하기 위하여 개발된 교직 적성인성 검사 도구를 Rasch 모형을 이용하여 검사 도구의 다양한 측면의 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 총 364명의 예비교사들을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였으며, 검사 도구의 신뢰도, 피험자 적합도, 평정척도, 문항 적합도, 표준화 잔차를 이용한 주성분 요인분석과 검사 특성곡선에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 검사 도구의 신뢰도는 높게 나타났으며, 검사 도구의 5점 척도 역시 적절하게 기능하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 문항 분석 결과에서는 총 180 문항 중에서 28문항을 제외한 나머지 문항이 양호한 적합도 지수를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 표준화 잔차를 이용한 주성분 요인 분석 결과, 검사 도구의 단일 차원성을 가정하는 Rasch 모형에 부적절한 것으로 나타났으나, 검사 특성곡선에 따르면 본 연구에서 사용한 데이터가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 후속연구를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of Teaching Aptitude and Personality Test using Rasch measurement model A; a total of 364 subjects were surveyed. The results showed that the reliability of Teaching Aptitude and Personality Test was high. In addition, the five-point scale of the test tool did function properly. The results of the item analysis showed that the items except for 28, showed a good fit. As a result of the principal component analysis using standardized residuals, it was found that the Rasch model, which assumes the single dimensionality of the test is inappropriate, but according to the test characteristic curve, the data used in this study is appropriate. Based on the results of this study, we proposed some suggestions for future research.
