ERP 고급화와 내부회계통제 솔루션이 코스닥 기업의 사적소비에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 ERP의 고급화 적용 수준과 내부회계통제 솔루션 적용이 접대비성 지출로 측정한 경영자의 특권적 소비행태에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상 표본은 2016년 12월 31일 기준 (주)더존비즈온의 ERP Solution을 적용하고 있는 12월 결산 코스닥 상장기업(금융업 제외) 235개 기업이다. 분석 결과, Basic ERP 수준인 Smart A보다는 i－CUBE ERP와 i－U ERP 등 고급수준의 솔루션을 적용한 기업에서 접대비성 지출이 유의적으로 감소한 결과로 나타났다. 또한, 내부회계통제 솔루션을 도입한 기업변수에서 접대비성 지출이 유의하게 낮게 관측되었다. 요컨대, 접대비성 지출이 ERP의 고급화 수준적용과 내부회계통제 솔루션에 의하여 통제되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 접대비성 지출을 위시한 기업자원의 효율적 운영을 담보하고 외부에 공시되는 재무제표의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 기업특성에 적합한 ERP 솔루션의 도입 필요성을 제시하는데 의의가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study examines the effect of the adoption of the ERP with high level(TYPE) and internal accounting control(IAC) solution on managers’ perquisites consumption(PERK) as the measure of entertainment expenditures. The research test samples consists of 235 firms’ data, selected from the KOSDAQ listed companies with DOUZONE ERP solution of the fiscal year 2016. The results showed that there are negative relationships between PERK and TYPE or IAC, respectively. This implies that managers may be controlled to abuse their discretionary entertainment costs because of the sharing information by the adoption of high－level ERP and internal accounting control solution. This study will contributed to the suggesting that structuring ERP with an appropriate business characteristic can help control opportunistic managers’ perquisites consumption.
