피아노 학원(교습소)의 창업 위험인식이 창업의도 및 창업행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

전 세계적으로 최근 지속되는 경기침체와 고용불안정으로 각국 정부는 일자리 창출을 위한 방법을 고안하는 데 주력하며 창업이 이를 긍정적으로 해결하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 고려되고 있다. 창업의 활성화를 위해서는 창업 관련교육과 창업을 할 수 있도록 돕는 지원 프로그램의 구축이 필요하다. 하지만 피아노를 전공으로 하는 학생들의 경우, 대학을 졸업한 후에 피아노 학원(교습소)에서 일하게 되는 경우가 많음에도 불구하고 피아노 전공의 음악대학 교과과정 중에 이와 관련된 교육을 받을 수 있는 기회가 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 창업위험인식, 창업의도, 창업행동에 대한 인식과 함께 창업위험인식이 창업의도 및 창업행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 연구 결과를 통한 피아노 전공 프로그램의 교과과정에 대한 제고를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 수도권에 위치한 네 개의 대학에서 피아노를 전공으로 하는 학부, 대학원생(N=158)을 대상으로 2019년 4월에 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory factor analysis)을 통해서는 문항들이 각각의 요인들(창업위험인식, 창업의도, 창업행동)에 적절하게 구성되어 있음을 알 수 있었고, 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 네 개의 창업 위험인식 가운데 사회적 위험인식이 창업의도 및 창업행동에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
Globally, there has been the issue of job creation due to continuous economic recession and unstable employment, and business start-up is considered as one way to solve the problem positively. In order to activate business start-up, educational and supporting program are needed. However, music majoring students have few possibilities for education in the university course. Since then, the objectives of this research were to investigate the relationships among entrepreneurial risk recognition, intention and behavior regarding students majoring in piano performance. In addition, the perceived value of entrepreneurial risk recognition, intention, and behavior were examined. A survey was conducted in April 2019 and participants were four university students majoring in piano performance in Seoul and Kyunggi-do area(N=158). The results of the exploring factor analysis revealed that measures for study construct related to the level of composite reliability and construct validity. A multiple regression analyses were used to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial risk recognition and intention, and entrepreneurial risk recognition and behavior. As a result, social locational risk perception is the strongest factor to entrepreneurial intention and behavior.
