주관적 경력성공 선행변인에 대한 네트워크 분석
Antecedents of Subjective Career Success: A Keyword Network Analytic Review

이 연구의 목적은 국내 조직 구성원의 주관적 경력성공 관련 연구에서 주관적 경력성공의 선행 변인들을 파악하여 네트워크 분석을 실시함으로써 주관적 경력성공 연구의 동향을 파악하고, 주관적 경력성공에 대한 이론적 시사점과 실천적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위하여 국내에서 진행된 주관적 경력성공 관련 연구들을 수집하고 연구 목적에 부합하는 125편의 연구를 선정하였고, 경력만족 95개, 직무만족 61개, 고용가능성 70개의 키워드가 도출되었다. Net Miner4.3 평가판을 활용하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적 경력성공의 하위변인인 경력만족과 직무만족은 네트워킹과, 고용가능성은 성장욕구와 높은 연결중심성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 경력성공의 하위변인인 경력만족, 직무만족, 고용가능성은 프로티언 경력태도와 가장 높은 출현빈도를 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 주관적 경력성공의 선행변인으로 개인차원의 관련 변인뿐만 아니라 조직/사회 차원의 관련 변인들이 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 조직 구성원의 주관적 경력성공 함양을 위한 이론적 및 실천적 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyse and discuss the research trends of Subject Career Success through the keyword network analysis. The total 125 studies on Subject career success were collected as subjects. After key word extraction, coding, and data cleaning, 95 key words of career satisfaction, 61 key words of job satisfaction and 70 key words of employability were selected. In order to find out the research trends, keyword network analysis was implemented with Net-Miner 4.3. The findings of this study were as follows: First, career satisfaction and job satisfaction have the highest degree centrality with networking, but employability has highest degree centrality with growth need. Second, career satisfaction, job satisfaction, and employability were found to have the highest frequency with protean career attitude. Third, in order to improve subjective career success, organizational/social level variables as well as individual level variables should be considered. Based on these results, several theoretical and practical implications were discussed and future research agenda were suggested.
