중국 양적완화 정책에 따른 부동산버블과 은행대출간 실증연구

An Analysis of Relationship between Real Estate Bubble and Bank Loan by Quantitative Easing in China

This paper re-examined the real estate bubble problem, and empirically analyzed the relationship between bank loan expansion and real estate bubble. For empirical analysis, the estimated data of real estate bubbles in 30 provinces and cities of China were calculated and based on the existing prior study classifying China as serious, general and non-existent areas of real estate bubble. The period analysis of this paper is the period of 2004-2017, This paper analyzed long-term relationship between real estate bubble and bank loan through the model of panel. And the results of empirical analysis are as follows. First, nationwide analysis showed that the real estate bubble effect of bank loans was significant, but regional analysis showed that bank loans were significant only in the real estate bubble serious areas. In the same result, the national analysis showed that the effect of real estate bubbles on bank loans was also significant, but regional analysis showed that property bubbles were significant only in areas where they were serious, and not in general and non-existent areas.
