본 연구는 창업자의 창업준비활동인 창업교육 및 창업멘토링 요인과 창업자 개인 특성인 창업자의 경험 및 네트워크 요인이 기업가적 자기효능감과 기업가지향성을 통해 창업 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를위해 332명의 창업자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 자료를 수집하였고, 연구모형의 변수들 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 창업교육은 기업가적 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 창업자경험과 네트워크는 기업가적 자기효능감과 기업가지향성 모두에게 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 또한 기업가적 자기효능감은 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을주었고, 기업가지향성은 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과 모두에게 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 그런데 기업가적 자기효능감이 기업가적 지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 주기 때문에 기업가적 자기효능감은 재무적 성과에도 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지금까지의 연구들은 창업성과에 영향을 주는 변수로 창업교육이나 창업멘토링 같은 창업자 외부적 요소들만을 주로 고려하였으나, 본 연구는 창업자 내부적 요소인 창업자 경험과 네트워크도 동시에 고려하였다는 점에서의의가 있다.
Abstract
In this study, we researched how not only startup education and startup mentoring but also startup founder’s experience and network influence on startup performances via entrepreneurial self-esteem and entrepreneurial orientation. For this purpose, We collected data from 332 startup founders and tested the relationships among variables of research model. Startup education influences on entrepreneurial self-esteem positively, startup fonder’s experience and network influences on both entrepreneurial self-esteem and entrepreneurial orientation positively. Also, entrepreneurial self-esteem influences on non-financial performance positively, and entrepreneurial orientation influences on both non-financial performance and financial performance. Previous studies have focused mainly on the external factors of startup founder like startup education or startup mentoring as a variable that influences on startup performances. But we consider not only these external factors of startup founder but also the internal factors of startup founder like founder’s experience and network
