The Effect of Factors of FinTech Service on the Trust and Innovative Resistance

초록

With the development of information and communication technologies, Fintech service is rapidly growing as a major financial service. However, previous researches mainly focused on behavioral and technical factors of Fintech including security issues are sparse. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of factors of Fintech service on the trust and innovative resistance. Results showed that the convenience and the ubiquity had a significant effect on the trust and innovative resistance. However, the economics and the responsiveness had a non-significant effect on trust and innovative resistance. In addition, the trust and the innovative resistance had a significant effect on the switching value. Moreover, more factors are need to be included in research model to generalize research results.
