대학창업교육 참여자의 기업가정신과 교육만족도가 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 가족 지지 조절효과

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the relation among characteristic of risk-taking, innovation and proactiveness, which affect entrepreneurial intention of college students, and to find out whether family support has regulation effect on entrepreneurial intention since decision on business start-up is affected by family in the above relation. In this study, descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis and difference verification(t-test, One-way ANOVA) were done through SPSS PC+ Win. 25.0. Moderating effect analysis was done through SPSS PROCESS macro 3.4. The results are as follows. First, the characteristic of risk-taking in entrepreneurship is the only one that has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Those who are more likely to take a risk have higher entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurial education satisfaction has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, relational support in the family support has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, family support did not play a moderating effect on the influence of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education satisfaction on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study present the following implications. First, it was reconfirmed that entrepreneurial education is needed to spread positive recognition transition spread to college students for formation of positive attitude on business start-up. Second, this study presents the importance of entrepreneurship cultivation education that affects entrepreneurial intention. Third, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education satisfaction, which are the characteristics of entrepreneurial education participants, function as important variables that promote entrepreneurial intention and improve the quality level of entrepreneurial education, increasing the success rate of business start-up.
