국내 기술창업자들의 창업 성공과정 분석 : 근거이론적 접근

This research was carried out to analyze how the technology entrepreneurs in Republic of Korea had the successful companies since start-up via the approach of grounded theory, and to suggest the appropriate guide of policies and legislations for building technology based start-up ecosystem as well. This research result was follows; Firstly, it was confirmed that the technology entrepreneurs under the several situations chose ‘start-up’ which was the central phenomenon. Secondly, the core category being able to explain the relations of all categories polysynthetically was to secure the stability and the competitiveness of the technology entrepreneurs’ business for realizing life meaning and maintaining to earn through maximizing their professionalism, the human relations and the business strategy. In addition, the success types of technology based start-up were determined ‘self-realization type’, ‘maintenance of livelihood type’, ‘seeking profit type’, ‘pursuing human relations type’, and ‘pursuing market type’. In conclusion, it was confirmed that the gap of viewpoint on the concept of technology based start-up, and the growth of the enterprise were different Republic of Korea government(and/or society) from the real private market. This research will be able to provide the fundamental and very important raw data for the effective policies and legislations related with building technology based start-up ecosystem.
