공공갈등관리 기제로서 감사원 감사청구의 역할에 대한 연구

This study is the basis for the Board of Audit and Inspection's audit of the Board of Audit and Inspection (BAI) to resolve public conflict. Public conflict is constantly occurring, and various conflict management measures are being discussed. Under these circumstances, conflicts related to certain issues have been identified as being addressed by the Board of Audit and Inspection (BAI). In other words, it is necessary to examine the meaning of audit by the Board of Audit and Inspection as the basis for resolving conflicts, but the related research is still insufficient. First, is there an audit on public conflict in order to confirm its role as a conflict management mechanism for audit by the Board of Audit and Inspection? Second, what areas of conflict are audits conducted? Third, the question of research on what concept of public interest is found in the audit results? To confirm this, the case study was conducted using the case where the audit was conducted and the analysis of the actual conflict reported. The purpose of audit by the Board of Audit and Inspection as a basis for conflict management was to identify utility as a tool for resolving public conflict in that it could enable the procurement of fairness on a procedural level.
