부동산학 특화형 교수법에 대한 대학생 인식 연구

This study aims to find teaching methods suitable for real estate courses in university. The study begins with comparison of advantages and disadvantages of several recent teaching methods that are currently being noted, because there is practically no research on teaching methods for real-estate courses. In addition, a survey was conducted for 104 students enrolled in real-estate studies courses, using google online survey forms on smartphones during class, and then one-way ANOVA analyses were performed to examine the effects of students’ year and major, using R, a statistical software. The one-way ANOVA results show the perception of students toward learner driven pre-learning, team-based cooperative learning and on-offline teaching pursued by blended learning, PBL and TBL. It turns out that most students perceived most of the teaching methods positively, which appeared in both architectural majors and non-major students. It was also found that real-estate majors showed more positive perception than non-major students. The results show that blended learning is considered best in terms of lecture management, PBL is the most appropriate for team-based learning. In addition, TBL can be applied in parallel with blended learning, depending on the characteristics of the courses.
