AI 기반 블록체인 기술에 대한 핀테크 산업의 활용성 비교: 한국과 이스라엘 기업을 중심으로

Financial Technology, known as fintech has the potential to change how financial institutes and industrial sectors currently operate when coupled with Blockchain technology. Blockchain technology has been developed to resolve double payments issue that current finance system has without the need for a central server or a trusted third party. It has been widely applied to various industries given its nature and outstanding functions including availability, diversity and economic efficiency. The present study introduces the current status in fintech industry and block chain technology. This work particularly articulates the potential of artificial intelligence to the use of blockchain driven fintech industry. Furthermore, the this study discusses the current situation in Israel, which has competitive fintech firms utilizing AI-based blockchain technology. Israel is a country where a lot of investment is being made in AI, blockchain and fintech technologies. A series of implications are provided for the development of related industries in Korea.
