가구 디자인에 있어서 전통 장신구의 현대적 적용

Furniture has been a part of human life and history, and there are countless decorative techniques that have emerged over the years. This study focuses on the clothing decorations of the Joseon Dynasty, such as Gat and Norigae, among Korean traditional decorative elements. The design proposed in this study is redesigned so that various factors such as the properties, shape, decoration, and function of the material seen from traditional ornaments can be applied to modern furniture, combining or rearranging them in a weave. In this process, we will seek out the value of new forms and functions that can be found in traditional decorations, and create works that can be applied in real life.
