예술인 창업교육 지원 사례연구 및 제언

Government has started active support for the Artists’ startup, out of all other support on art industry, in concerns of the unemployment and job supply for the young generation. Government’s top priority is now to encourage startup environment for artists, by supporting on the education for those who look forward to the start-up. Accordingly, subject article has mainly focused on studying advanced blueprint for supporting of the startup education for the artists.’ This article has elaborated principles of artist startup and education for it. To collect more practical idea, we have researched domestic cases of supporting programs ran by Korea Arts Management Service, Korea Creative Content Agency, Also our attempt to research foreign cases such as ‘Art Careerman Training Project’ or ‘Creator Re-education Program,’ we were able to achieve more well-organized analysis for the potential of supporting businesses for the startup education, and clearer blueprint for our goal. We have set few core assignments by studying cases of existing startup education, and made 3 proposals for the supports on domestic education for potential starting-up artists as below. First, supporting for the artists’ startup education should be diversified upon different genres, so more various and organized education curriculum can be afforded to the artists. Second, all short-term curriculum should be regularized and systemized so education system for artists can be found more efficiently. For the last, more network programs should be afforded to entrepreneurs and artists, so they can exchange information actively, and energize startup culture for the artists in longer.
