개방성, 외향성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에서 프로틴 경력태도의 매개효과
The Mediation Effect of Protean Career Attitude in the Influence of Openness and Extroversion on Entrepreneurial Intention

초록
본 연구는 개인의 성격특질인 개방성과 외향성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 개방성과 외향성 이 창업의도와의 관계에 있어서 프로틴 경력태도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 고등교육 을 수행하고 있는 성인학습자 316명의 설문을 통해 자료를 얻었다. 본 연구를 위해서 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석을 통해서 타당성검증과 매 개효과를 살펴보기 위해 Bootstraping분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 외향성은 프로틴 경력태도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으나, 창업의도는 유의한 결과를 얻 지 못하였다. 개방성은 창업의도와 프로틴 경력태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 프로틴 경 력태도는 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 개 방성, 외향성이 창업의도와의 관계에서 프로틴 경력태 도가 매개효과를 보이고 있으나, 개방성은 부분매개를 외향성은 완전매개효과를 보였다. 마지막으로 연구결 과를 토대로 본 연구의 학문적 의의 , 실무적 시사점 및 제한점과 추후 연구과제에 대해서 논의 하였다
Abstract
This study was intended to confirm the effect of openness and extroversion, which are characteristics of the individual's personality, on the entrepreneurial intention, and to verify the medial effect of the protean career in relation of openness and extroversion with the entrepreneurial intention. To that end, 316 adult learners who are conducting higher education received the data through a survey. For the purpose of this study, a confirmed factors and validation were conducted using a structural equation model, and a bootstrapping analysis was performed to examine the mediation effect. The results of the study show that extroversion has a positive effect on the protean career, but the entrepreneurial intention has not produced significant results. Openness has confirmed that it has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention and the protean career. Protean career attitude is having a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention. While openness and extroversion have shown a mediated effect in the relationship between the entrepreneurial intention and protean career, openness has shown partial and extroversion has a complete mediation effect. Finally, implications, limitations and future research were discussed
