신산업 인력 예측과 유망 직업 도출에 관한 연구 : 보건 신산업을 중심으로

The recent rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution brought about various social and technological changes, which led to a shift in the new paradigm in the health industry. The health industry is expected to continue to grow, which requires the supply and demand of manpower in the health industry. Therefore, this study redefines the existing health industry to clarify the changing health industry as a new paradigm. First of all, 60 promising technologies and 33 promising jobs of new health industry were derived, and after that, the new health industry, which could not be identified as the existing industry classification system, was derived earlier within the large framework of the classification system of the existing health industry. Using 60 promising technologies and 33 promising jobs, new components of the new health industry were derived. The newly defined new health industry consists of five sectors and 13 detailed components. Lastly, the employment factor of the health industry and the key products and services’s estimates of market size were used to forecast the demand for manpower by component of the new health industry. In addition, 33 promising jobs were matched with new health industry components, and promising occupations were selected for each new health industry component.
