부동산학 교육을 통한‘부동산 개념’의 인식변화

This study analyzed the words under the associative method to understand the change in perception of 'real estate concept' through real estate education and actually grasped key images, key issues, etc. In order to identify the keywords associated with the change in perception of 'real estate concept' before and after real estate education, freshmen of real estate department and freshmen of other majors were surveyed through a descriptive questionnaire through the word association method of real estate education and post-education for 15 weeks. In summary, the results of the study are as follows. People today can see that regardless of property ownership, real estate activities have become more diverse than in the past, and that the real estate market is closely related with the real estate market as property ownership, use and management activities increase. Therefore, it is desirable to observe the real estate market with the right eye and to study real estate based on accurate analysis. Many researchers should realize the fact that real estate science is a comprehensive application science, and consider and develop how to present the educational philosophy and vision of real estate with changes in the environment of the real estate market.
