외부기술 도입이 기술창업과 기술사업화･개방형 혁신에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구는 기술창업과 기술사업화를 통한 일자리 창출의 효과성을 실증 분석하여 정부의 기술개발지원제도의 일환인 기술이전이 기술창업과 기술사업화에 미치는 영향과 성과로서 나타는 일자리 창출의 효과성을 비교하고, 현재 가장 큰 이슈 중에 하나인 개방형 혁신이 외부기술도입으로 창출 될 수 있는지를 실증 분석하여 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 서울과 경기, 그 외 지역 등 한국에 위치한 기업(중소기업, 중견기업, 대기업)을 대상으로 2018년 1월 8일부터 2018년 1월 31일까지, 약 25일간 설문조사를 실시했다. 구체적으로, 온라인 설문지를 제작하여 본 연구의 주제에 부합하고, 응답이 가능한 실무진에게 메일과 문자, 메신저 등으로 발송했다. 이렇게 수집된 유효한 표본은 320부로 나타났고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외부기술 무상도입 및 외부기술 기관도입이 기술창업 일자리 창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외부기술 무상도입과 외부기술 기관도입이 기술사업화 일자리 창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외부기술 기관도입, 기술창업 일자리 창출, 기술사업화 일자리 창출이 개방형 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 기술창업 일자리 창출이 개방형 혁신에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 외부기술 무상도입의 경우에는 개방형 혁신에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 결과적으로 기업의 개방형혁신의 방법인 외부기술도입은 무상기술도입에 경우에는 해당하지 않는 다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 증명하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the effectiveness of job creation through technology startups and technology commercialization by comparing the effectiveness and outcome of technology transfer, which is part of the government's support system for technology development, with the effect of job creation as a result of the introduction of open innovation, one of the biggest issues at the moment. The authors of this study surveyed companies (small, medium-sized, and large companies), located in Korea including Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and other regions, for approximately 25 days from Jan. 8, 2018 to Jan. 31, 2018. Specifically, the surveys were online surveys sent by e-mail, texts, and instant messages to the working-level employees who were suitable as the participants of this study and able to respond. There were a total of 320 valid samples collected, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, introducing free external techniques and institutional external techniques positively affect job creating for technology startups. Second, introducing free external techniques and institutional external techniques positively affect job creating for technological commercialization. Third, the introducing free external techniques and institutional external techniques positively affect open innovation. In particular, it has been confirmed that creating new technology startups has the greatest impact on open innovation. However, there was no statistically significant effect on open innovation in the case of introducing for free external techniques. As a result, the study proved that the introduction of external technologies, a method of open innovation by a company, is not the case for free external techniques
