대학생들의 다문화교육 경험 및 인식과 글로벌 창업의도와의 관련성

A Study on the Relationship between Experiences and Recognition of Multicultural Education among University Students and the Intention of Global Start-up

Our society is entering a multicultural society at a rapid pace. However, it is true that there is a lack of education in order to accommodate people with diverse cultures and broaden their awareness of them. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of multicultural education experiences on multicultural awareness and global start-up intentions for 115 college students. The results showed that college students' experience of multicultural education had a negative effect on multicultural awareness and global start-up intention. However, multicultural awareness has been found to have a positive effect on global start-up intention.  The implications of these findings are that we need to examine the contents and methods of multicultural education in our society. In addition, since multicultural awareness affects global start-up intentions, it is necessary to present a methodology to raise awareness of multiculturalism for college students in order to perform born global strategy which has been emphasized in start-up fields which can be cultivated entrepreneurship.
