산재근로자 멘토링의 직업적 의미 -멘토 활동을 중심으로-

This study collected data through in-depth interviews with seven industrial accident workers who worked as mentors in the industrial accident worker mentoring program and explored them through phenomenological research methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mentoring experience of industrial accident workers and to examine the meaning of occupation and to draw implications for vocational rehabilitation of industrial accident workers. The meaningful statements were extracted from the interview data and the mentor activity experience was analyzed through the theme and theme collection. As a result of the analysis, four theme vowels were classified in 22 semantic compositions and 8 themes: ‘Meeting with Another Me’, ‘Walk in someone’s shoes’, ‘Little Change’, and ‘Discovering Me as a Mentor’, and categorization was derived as ‘Rediscovery of Being in Sharing, Mentor’. Based on the results of the study, the nature of the occupational, psychological rehabilitation, and mentoring experience of industrial accident workers was discussed, and the necessity of qualification and role granting for industrial accident workers mentors, the necessity of job policy, and the institutional improvement of mentoring were suggested.This study has significance in that it expanded the subject of the study targeting industrial accident workers and explored the professional meaning of mentoring activities.
