The Impact of Destination Social Responsibility in the Backwater Destination Management

This study was conducted at a backwater destination to assess the impact of destination social responsibility mediated by destination attachment on environmentally friendly behavior, destination attitude, participation and revisit intention. Results of the study reveal, destination social responsibility show significant and positive relationship with destination attachment. On the other hand, the relationships of destination attachment with environmentally responsible behavior, destination attitude and revisit intention show a significant and positive relationship. The relationship of destination attachment and participation show insignificant relationship.
