복합리조트 영향평가 제도마련을 위한 연구: 영종도 복합리조트를 중심으로

This study is the institutional study for the impact assessment of the Integrated resorts. The purpose of this study is to develop a Integrated resort impact assessment index to promote sustainable development based on harmony with stakeholders such as Integrated resorts, government, community, and customers. In order to achieve this goal, first, the literature review and similar cases related to the existing impact assessment were examined. Second, the concept and basic principles of impact assessment for Integrated resorts were established. Third, Integrated resort impact assessment index was developed. Related research of Integrated resort impact assessment is still limited. So, this study investigated and suggested cases in similar fields. Also, in order to derive the intuition of tourism experts and to integrate opinions, expert surveys were conducted using open and closed questionnaires. As a result, the top concepts were divided into four categories: economy, tourism, society and culture, and environment. In detail, 15 indicators were derived: five economic impact assessments, five tourism impact assessments, three social and cultural impact assessments, and two environmental impact assessments. In order to utilize the indicators suggested in this study, additional research is needed in the future, and practical and academic implications are presented.
