예수 그리스도의 중심사역에 나타난 변혁적 리더십에 관한 분석적 연구: 마태복음을 중심으로

This study is an analysis of transformational leadership in the central work of Jesus Christ by Matthew. Transformational leadership calls for humanitarianism to take higher-level needs to humanitarianism by raising the current needs of subordinates (Bass, 1981). Transformational leadership is defined as a process that motivates you to go beyond personal interests and achieve performance beyond expectations. This study analyzes the gospel ministry of Jesus Christ from the perspective of transformational leadership. Jesus Christ, who is the subject of gospel mission, considered the vision, teaching, and individual consideration of the disciple and congregation. The material of this study was chosen as Matthew of the New Testament. The contents of this study were analyzed by focusing on four sub- elements of transformational leadership (Charisma, Motivation, Intellectual stimulation, Individual consideration)that are being and analyzed in social science. The research method was selected from 12 Bible texts recorded in Matthew and analyzed by literature study.The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of the transformational leadership of Jesus Christ, to awaken the preciousness and respect for human beings, to heal human turbid souls, and to find the true form of human beings whose body and mind are restored. In particular, this study was conducted in hopes of becoming a faithful Christian in mission, contributing to the development of organizational culture and light and salt influence in the general society through mature faith and personality through the words of Jesus Christ from the perspective of Transformational leadership.
