초록
The purpose of this study is to examine how learning agility and organizational learning mediate the relationship between task goal orientation and adaptive performance. For this study, data were collected from 237 members working in various workplaces in Korea. The reliability and validity of the measurement tools were verified, correlation and descriptive statistical analysis was performed, and the structural equations were verified. The results showed that the relationships between task goal orientation and organizational learning, task goal orientation and learning agility, and learning agility and organizational learning were all statistically significant. Organizational learning was also mediated by the relationship between task goal orientation and adaptation outcomes. Learning agility, however, did not appear to mediate the relationship between task goal orientation and adaptability. Based on these findings, a discussion of this study was presented, and implications for research and practice in the fields of human resources and organizational development were presented.
