국내 체류 외국인에 대한 범죄피해자지원제도에 관한 연구

Recently, the physical boundaries between countries have been overshadowed by the development of various media outlets and information and communication services. And The expansion of the hallyu market has accelerated the inflow of foreign workers into the country, and the composition of the nation's population and social environment are also changing as the number of members of the multicultural society increases. Such changes in the social environment are also affecting the occurrence of crimes, and the number of foreigners staying in the country is increasing as well. In this study, we looked at the foreign crime victim support system in foreign countries, focusing on the foreign criminal victims in Korea. In addition, the government wanted to find problems and ways to improve the crime victim support system for foreigners staying in Korea according to the increasing status of foreigners staying in Korea and the crime rate. According to the research, ① Added a special clause for foreigners under the Criminal Victims-related Law ②the target of the structure payment is expanded by improving the principle of reciprocity. ③Minimal economic, medical support, regardless of nationality and residency status so that they can relax the standard ④From the initial stage of the judicial process, the government is required to notify the criminal victim support system and activate the interpretation and translation support in the judicial process. ⑤The institution actively utilizes the criminal adjustment system for foreign crime victims. ⑥Activating the system for the protection of foreign victims by region, ⑦It is the promotion of related investigations and research to prepare a system to support foreign crime victims.
