Private investment projects contributed much to meeting the needs of many infrastructures, compared to the lack of national finance. However, criticisms due to high royalties continue to be raised. In addition, it is necessary to make reasonable adjustments rather than indiscriminate expansion of targets for private investment projects, and reasonable preferential measures should be prepared for those who propose private investment projects for the first time. In addition, there is a need to more systematically organize private investment projects in the field of obsolete infrastructure. By improving the proper control and procedures for private investment projects, it is possible to secure the public's trust in the private investment projects and to promote them.
