지식서비스업 창업의 공간적 분포 특성분석: 부산광역시를 대상으로

최근 지역경제 활성화의 새로운 동력이자 성장 대안으로 창업의 중요성이 강조되는 가운데, 우리나라는 경제구조가 지식기반경제로 전환됨에 따라 지식서비스업의 역할이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 부산광역시를 대상으로 최근 10년간 지식서비스업 창업의 공간분포 변화를 미시적 차원인 읍･면･동 공간단위로 살펴보고 창업의 공간의존성을 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 지식서비스업 창업의 공간적 분포변화를 GIS를 통해 분석하되, 지식서비스업을 그 특성에 따라 4가지 유형으로 구분하였다. 그리고 공간적 자기 상관 기법을 활용하여 지식서비스업 창업의 공간의존성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 부산광역시 지식서비스업은 지역경제에서 차지하는 구성비가 지속적으로 높아졌지만, 해당 산업의 창업구성비는 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부산광역시 지식서비스업 창업의 집중 분포지역은 기존 도심지역에서 해운대구, 기장군, 강서구 등 시 외곽지역으로 이동하였다. 이러한 경향은 지식서비스업의 집적지 변화와 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 4가지로 구분된 지식서비스업 유형별 창업의 공간적 분포특성은 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식서비스업 창업의 공간의존성은 시간이 경과함에 따라 강화되었으며 지식서비스업 유형별 창업의 군집지역은 서로 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 지식서비스업 창업의 입지요인이 시간에 따라 변해왔으며, 산업 유형별로 다르다는 것을 의미한다.
Abstract
This study is to examine the spatial distribution of the knowledge service business startups in Busan Metropolitan City and to provide basic direction of policy establishment for activating the startups. To this end, this study analyzed the spatial distribution of the knowledge service business startups in the last ten years in terms of Eup-Myeon-Dong unit. And this study attempted to empirically analyze the spatial dependence of the location of startups. In this study, GIS was employed to analyzed the spatial distribution of knowledge service business startups and the knowledge service industry was divided into four types according to its characteristics. The summary of the analysis is as follows. First, the ratio of knowledge service industry in the regional economy continued to increase, but the ratio of startups in the industry decreased in Busan. Second, the accumulation area of the knowledge service business startups was moved from the central business district to the suburbs of the city. This tendency is similar to the change of accumulation of knowledge service industry. In addition, the spatial distribution characteristics of the startups according to the four types of knowledge service industries were different. Finally, the spatial dependence of the knowledge service industry startups has been strengthened over time.
