메타분석을 활용한 공공연구기관의 기술이전 성과 증진방안에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study was to find ways to promote technology transfer and improve technology transfer performance of Government-funded Research Institutes and Universities by synthesizing and analyzing the correlation effect size extracted from the previous researches. As analysis data, 322 correlation coefficients extracted from 74 empirical studies related to technology transfer were used as the effect size data of meta-analysis, and the period of publication of the research literature included in the analysis spans 2005-2019. The result of the analysis implies that when the number of technology transfer is the goal it is important to develop and retain more technologies by increasing the number of researchers while when the royalty income of the technology is the goal it is important to develop technologies with superior characteristics. The compensation system and internal support system are acting as a major factor in Government-funded Research Institutes rather than Universities, and government support is shown to be of higher importance in Universities than Government-funded Research Institutes. The results of this research are meaningful in that they suggest implications that can contribute to facilitating technology transfer and improving technology transfer performance to various stake-holders including Government-funded Research Institutes and Universities.
