평화열차 재이용 의도와 지불의도의 결정요인

평화지역은 하나의 매력적은 관광자원이 될 수 있다. 이와 같은 매력적인 관광자원에 도착하기 위 해서는 평화열차가 중요한 교통수단으로 간주되고 있다. 또한, 평화열차는 통일이 된다면 국제여행까 지 이어질 수 있는 성장잠재력을 가진 자원이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 평화열차 의 서비스 관련 이용객들의 인식에 한 연구는 다소 불충분하게 되어 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 평 화열차의 서비스 품질에 한 보완 및 개선을 해 놓는 것은 중요한 일이 될 것이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구의 목적은 평화열차 이용객들의 특성을 탐구하는 것이다. 본 연구는 종속변수로 지불의도와 재이 용 의도를 선정하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 독립변수로 가격공정성, 환기, 편리성, 직원 서비스를 설정하 였다. 본 연구는 온라인 패널 서비스를 이용하여 설문 자료를 수집하였으며 208부의 설문을 통계분 석에 이용하였다. 결과를 살펴보면, 지불의도는 가격공정성, 환기, 편리성, 직원 서비스에 의하여 긍 정적인 영향을 받는 요인으로 판명되었다 반면에, 재이용 의도는 가격공정성과 환기 두 가지 요인에 의해서만 긍정적인 영향을 받는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는, 지불의도보다는 재이용의도에 있 어서 이용객들이 보다 보수적인 태도를 취하는 것을 나타낸다. 통제변인에 한 결과를 살펴보면 교 육수준이 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인된다. 본 연구의 결과는 평화열차 경영 에 있어서 소비자들에 한 정보를 제공한다는 측면에 있어서 실무적 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있을 것 이다.
Abstract
The Demilitarized zone (DMZ) could be a valuable tourist attraction. The DMZ trains are considered an important means of transportation to reach the tourist attraction. Also, the trains could be used for international tours in the case of unification. Despite the importance, studies examining DMZ train users are insufficient. Therefore, it is imperative to supplement and improve the the service quality of the trains. Hence, understanding tourist perception toward the transportation is valuable to improve the design of the transportation service. Thus, the purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of DMZ train tourists. As the dependent variables, this study used willingness to pay and reuse intention. This study selects price fairness, escape, convenience, and employee service as the explanatory variables. This study collected the data using online panel service and used 208 observations for the data analysis. This study performed statistical analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. Regarding the results, willingness to pay is positively influenced by price fairness, escape, convenience, and employee service. Moreover, the results presented the positive effect of price fairness and escape on the reuse intention. The results indicate that reuse intention is a more conservative attribute than willingness to pay. Considering control variable, education level positively affects reuse intention. This study could offer practical implications for the management of DMZ trains.
