사회적경제 생태계 분석: 경남의 사례를 중심으로

This study analyzes the degree and level of Social and Solidarity Economy(SSE) ecosystem establishment in the region by applying the semantic network analysis methodology. Existing researches on the SSE ecosystem have been limited to theoretical discussions or have only shown the development of SSE quantitative indicators. In addition, in case of targeting local ecosystems such as metropolitan cities and local governments, they tended to be discussed in terms of policy. Against this background, this study intends to supplement the analysis of SSE ecosystem in the region by combining the structure of macro discourse with the factors of social economy ecosystem composition derived from previous studies. According to the supplementary analysis, key words related to the social economy ecosystem began to emerge first in 2017, and by 2018, the social economy discourse deepened qualitatively, instead of creating simple jobs, and thus the discourse of Gyeongnam social economy ecosystem changed drastically. These findings indicate that it is important to know the discourse flow and core contents in policy making for social economy ecosystem. Indicators such as the number and turnover of SSE enterprises, the revision of relevant laws and systems, and network participation rate are clearly important indicators of the performance of SSE economy enterprises. However, analysis and policy implications based on existing descriptive analytical methodologies are likely to lead to incorrect policy prescriptions. Therefore, if it can add a whole discourse analysis to understand the local ecosystem more accurately and abundantly, and present policies based on this, we can expect to create sustainable ecosystems and expand the SSE quantitatively and qualitatively.
