초록
급격히 변화하는 시대적 문제를 고민하고 새로운 환경에 대처하는 일은 인간의 몫이다. 이러한 문제 해결 능력을 키우기 위해 디자인 씽킹 사고법 훈련이 필요하다. 디자인 씽킹 사고법으로 분석적 사고와 직관적 사고의 균형을 이루어 문제를 해결해 나가는 과정을 배움으로써 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 영향력을 발휘하고 가치를 높일수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기초 디자인 교육에서 디자인 씽킹 사고법을 활용하여 학습자의 문제 해결 능력과창의적 조형 감각 함양을 위한 체계화된 수업 모형을 마련하여 사례 연구를 하였다. 사례 연구는 기본적인 조형교육과 더불어 학습자 고유의 특성을 표출할 수 있는 감정을 활용하여 진행하였다. 그 결과 학습자에게 내재되어 있는 내적 욕구인 감정의 경험적 가치를 인식하고 문제를 해결해 가는 과정에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을수 있었다. 첫째, 디자인 사고에 기초한 문제해결 능력 훈련으로 의도한 바를 다양한 각도에서 생각하며 디자인적 표현 능력을 기를 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 학습자는 감정의 경험적 가치를 나누고 기존 규칙에 얽매이지 않고 새로운 표현 가능성을 제시하게 되었다. 둘째, 학습자는 감정에 대해 유연하게 소통하고 공감하며 자신의 문제와 연결하여 인식하였다. 다양한 결과물을 경쟁이나 배타적이지 않게 받아들여 창의성으로 승화시키는모습이 관찰되었다. 셋째, 디자인 씽킹에 기반한 체계화된 학습 전략으로 학습자에게 적합한 목표 의식과 내면의 욕구를 충족시키는 결과물을 만들어내는 종합과정 훈련이 가능하였다. 이를 통해 학습자는 자발적 인지 전략학습 과정을 통한 결과물을 얻음으로 성취감을 극대화 할 수 있다. 앞으로 문제 해결 능력을 키울 수 있는 교육모델을 적용하여 다양한 연구 사례를 마련하여 신뢰성 있는 효과를 기대한다.
Abstract
It is up to humans to think about the problems of the rapidly changing times and cope with the new environment. Design thinking training is needed to improve our ability to solve these problems. In this way, students can learn how to solve problems by balancing intuitive thinking and analytical thinking, thus exerting influence and increasing value in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, in this study, a systemic instruction model was developed and case studies were developed to develop learner's problem solving ability and creative formative sense by using the design thinking method in basic design education. The case study was conducted by utilizing the emotions that can express the empirical characteristics of the learners as well as the basic education on the formative arts. As a result, in the process of recognizing the empirical value of emotion, the internal desire inherent in the learner, and solving the problem, the following results were obtained. First, it was confirmed that training of problem solving ability based on design thinking can develop the ability to think and express the intentions from various angles. In addition, learners have been able to share the empirical value of emotions and present new expression possibilities without being tied to existing rules. Second, the learner communicated and sympathized with the emotion flexibly and connected with his problem. It was observed that various outcomes were not competition or exclusively sublimated into creativity. Third, a systematic learning strategy based on design thinking enabled a comprehensive course training to produce a result that satisfies the internal desires and goals that are appropriate for learners. This enables learners to maximize their sense of accomplishment by obtaining results through the voluntary cognitive strategy learning process. In the future, various research cases applying this educational model are prepared to expect reliable effects.
