베이비붐 세대의 일자리 특성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향:임금근로자와 자영업자의 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the impact of job characteristics on job satisfaction among Baby Boomers wage earners and self-employed people. To this end, the 6th Korea Employment Information Service survey on aging research panels was utilized. 958 wage earners of baby boomers, 629 self-employed people, and a total of 1,587 were studied and analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. The results of a comparative analysis of wage earners and self-employed people are as follows. First, there was a difference in job satisfaction between wage earners and self-employed people, depending on the demographic characteristics. Second, depending on the regularity and attitude of the job characteristics, the job satisfaction of wage earners and the self-employed showed a significant difference. Third, job satisfaction among wage earners and the self-employed was shown to have a significant effect, depending on the job requirements of the job characteristics. Fourth, the job satisfaction level of wage earners and the self-employed was confirmed to be significant, depending on the suitability of the job characteristics. It is important to understand the importance of regularity, attitude, work requirements, and suitability of working hours that improve job satisfaction for the wage earners and the self-employed of the baby boomers, and it presented basic data and implications for improving job satisfaction for the wage earners and the self-employed.
