정부자금 지원제도가 기업가정신을 매개로 창업실패자의 재창업의지에 미치는 영향

In this study, the effect that financial support system of government causes re-startup intention through entrepreneurship was researched, by objectifying the entrepreneur experienced startup failure. For the purpose of this study, 3 variables of tax support, foundation fund support, technical development fund support were examined as the variable of financial support system of government, and 3 variables of innovative orientation, initiative orientation, risk-taking orientation were examined as the variable of entrepreneurship. The data of this study were selected as the sample by 200 experienced startup failures, participated in the re-startup support system of government, and implemented empirical analysis. Selected data were used by structured self-administered questionnaire, analyzed by using technique of structural equation model. Result of analysis showed that financial support system causes meaningful effect to entrepreneurship, on the other hand it only has mediation effect about re-startup intention through entrepreneurship. And startup failure doesn't rush into re-startup recklessly because of receiving financial support, when he attempts it, re-startup intention is enhanced by the effect from entrepreneurship. This result shows that various institutional support as well as financial support system should be done simultaneously in order to enhance entrepreneurship.
