정부는 국민들로부터 신뢰를 얻고 있는가?: 서울 거주 20대의 인식을 중심으로

The purpose of this article is to study whether the twenties living is Seoul trust the Government, and what the factors are to influence their consiousness. The result of analyzing the survey of 128 samples is negative. The number of answering distrust is one and half times as many as the number of answering trust. All the influencing factors are under 3 of 5 point scale. The factors questioned are economizing of tax using, endevour of accomplishment of policy object, reflection of public opinion, government of helping the people, government of concerning about the people's life, reliable government, openness of government information, transparency of government, clearness of government information, integrity of government officials, responsibility of government officials, expertise of government officials, economic environment of Korean society, stabilization of Korean society, fairness of opinion institution, social trustability, miniority domination of policy making. The male is more negative than the female, a person who has Bachelor and high degree is more negative than under college graduate education career. The meaning of distrust of twenties is that it is very hard to maintain community in Korea. Therefore, the Government need epoch-making endeavour based on the paradigm-shif thinking.
