아동·청소년 대상 성범죄 그루밍(Grooming, 길들이기) 판례분석

This study analyzed grooming stages through precedents related to children and adolescents sex offences in the last 10 years. And proposed the relevant implications in order to contribute to establish measures for prevention. For the research, 117 sexual crimes against children and adolescents sentenced by the Supreme Court were collected and finally 7 cases were selected. According to the result of this study, first, at least 3 or more traits of sexual grooming stages revealed in each 7 cases. Second, 3 factors were extracted from the 7 cases; ‘Continuity of crime’, ‘Confidentiality’, ‘Declaration by the 3rd party’. Third, common features of victims were vulnerable and disadvantaged children and adolescents. Findings of this study suggests followings. The commutation for the child molesters should not be applied when sentenced in the Supreme court. Reporting duty system of sexual crime should be expanded as well. A delivery program and a prevention program about the stages of sexual grooming highly needed to carry out constantly for authorities and workers in related organizations. The protection system for adolescents in vulnerable environment should be supplemented in order to prevent sexual grooming abuse. The intervention of experts is also needed to support young victims.
