정년퇴직자의 사회적 관계망과 성공적 노화와의 관계

The main intention of this study was to determine how retirees’ social network affects successful aging, and empirically investigate whether successful aging management represents a significant causality in improving their quality of life. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the relationship between retirees’ social participation activity and successful aging was significant. Second, in the study of the relationship between self-development activities of retirees and successful aging, the results supported by this study also show that the mental well-being obtained by participating in leisure activities of preceding researchers contributes to human health and happiness. Third, it was found that not only does the relationship between successful retirement home activities and successful aging improve quality of life, but also successful retirement management of retirees has an effect on improving their quality of life. The results of the above studies support the study that retirees are loved and respected by others and that they value themselves and that they are members of a network of communication. The limitations of this study are as follows. First, this study has limitations in generalization because it is conducted on a sample of retirees. Second, there is a limit to conducting research without considering the diversification of study subjects, regional distribution, income and gender differences. Third, taking into account the distribution of religious retirees for each retirement and the differences between urban areas and rural areas, it is not possible to control the measured variables and therefore imposes limitations on conducting this research. It is expected that future studies will overcome these limitations and continue with further studies.
