회계투명성이 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 거시 경제성과에 영향을 미치는 회계투명성의 구성요인을 파악하여 정책적, 제도적으로 관리함으로써 기업경영의 효율화를 도모하고 거시적 경제성과를 제고할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 회계투명성 구성요인이 기업경영과 경제성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업 경영성과에는 회계투명성 구성요인 중에서 외부감사의 전문성과 회계처리기준 준수도 요인이 유의적인 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제정책 수행성과에는 회계투명성 구성요인 중 외부감사의 독립성, 외부감사의 전문성과 회계처리기준 준수도 요인이 유의적인 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업 경영성과는 경제정책 수행성과에 유의적인 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업경영성과와 경제정책의 수행성과에는 회계투명성의 구성요인이 복합적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 회계투명성의 제고로 인하여 기업의 경영성과가 높아질 경우 경제정책의 방향성과 대응력이 강화되는 것을 의미한다. 넷째, 회계처리기준의 적절성(회계처리기준의 규범성과 회계처리의 재량권 행사 여부)과 외부감사의 독립성 요인 중 감사인의 정신적 독립성은 기업 경영성과와 경제정책 수행성과에 전반적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand components of accounting transparency that can enhance macroeconomic performance and promote the efficiency of corporate management under the policy and institution of our country. For this study, we analyzed the data collected from the survey in order to see whether the accounting transparency components affect corporate management and economic performance. It was found that expertise of external audit and compliance with accounting standards affect corporate management performance. And we found that independence of external audit, expertise of external audit, and compliance with accounting standards have significant positive effects on performance of economic policies. it shown that corporate management performance had a significant positive impact on the performance of economic policies. This means that various components of accounting transparency are having a complex effect each other in terms of performance of management and economic policies. And if the management performance of a corporate increases by increasing transparency in accounting, the direction and responsiveness of the economic policy could be strengthened.
