부동산 보유와 투자에 관한 의식구조 변화 탐색 - 목포권을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to suggest a clue for resolving local real estate problems, by comparatively examining the results from 2010 and 2020 surveys on residents' consciousness about, especially possession of and investment in real estate in Mokpo area. The findings are as follows: First, usual interest in real estate has been increased, compared to the results of 2010 survey, and local people have pay more attention to it, along with changes in awareness about the ownership of it. Second, the value of real estate is perceived as the base of life, rather than investment, different from the results of 2010 survey, indicating that awareness about the value of it has shifted to the place of life. Third, the ownership of real estate is perceived to be biased toward several classes, as similarly shown in 2020 survey. Frequent real estate transactions for accumulating property are regarded as a social problem. Fourth, such real estate problems are perceived to be more deteriorated, than 2010 survey, which may need governmental interventions. Next, changes in consciousness about the investment in real estimate were examined: First, the number of acquaintances as the sources of real estate information was highest, followed by newspapers and broadcasts, similar to 2010 survey. Second, land is most often referred as the subject of investment, followed by commercial building, and then houses, which is different from 2010 survey in that investment in deposit has been reduced. Third, commercial or business building is identified as a kind of real estate, which is most desired to be invested in, while the areas that are most desired to be invested in include cities and counties in which they currently live.
