조직구성원의 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원의 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 인지적 유연성과혁신행동 간의 관계에서 디지털 리터러시의 매개역할을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 분석하기 위해 국내 기업체종사자 437명의 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지적 유연성이 디지털리터러시에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 셋째, 인지적 유연성과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 디지털 리터러시가 부분매개역할을 담당하고 있다. 연구결과 조직구성원의 인지적 유연성은 혁신행동과 디지털 리터러시수준에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 인지적 유연성이 매개변인인 디지털 리터러시 수준을 변화시켜 혁신행동에 간접적으로 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 조직구성원의 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 미치는 중요성 대한연구로 의미가 있으며, 특히 디지털 리터러시 제고를 위한 실천적 노력을 통해 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 증진시킬 것을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships between cognitive flexibility, digital literacy, and innovative behavior, and to demonstrate empirically whether digital literacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between cognitive flexibility and innovative behavior. To analyze this, 437 employees of domestic businesses were surveyed and the results were derived through structural analysis. First, it was shown that cognitive flexibility had a positive influence on innovative behavior. Second, it was shown that cognitive flexibility had a positive influence on digital literacy. Thirds, digital literacy plays a partial mediating role in relationship between cognitive flexibility and innovative behavior. In other words, studies show that cognitive flexibility of employees directly impacts the level of innovative behavior, indirectly influencing innovative behavior by changing the level of digital literacy, where cognitive flexibility is a parameter. This study is meaningful as a study of the importance of employees' cognitive flexibility to innovative behavior, particularly through practical efforts to enhance digital literacy.
