모의재판을 경험한 중학생의 법의식에 관한 사례연구 - 법친밀감과 법신뢰감을 중심으로 -

In the field of legal education, research has been conducted on various teaching-learning methods to cultivate legal consciousness, but research on mock trials is lacking. Mock trials are attracting attention as a teaching-learning method that can raise students' interests and increase their overall legal consciousness. After conducting mock trial classes for several years as a social teacher, I studied the process of changing the legal intimacy and legal trust, which is the emotional area of ​​legal consciousness of students who have experienced mock trials through qualitative research methods. As a result of the study, the mock trial was prepared in cooperation with each team and proceeded in the form of a play to increase the immersion in the role to feel the intimacy of the role, and through the personal variation process, the trust of the person related to the law and the usefulness of the content of the law contributed to the improvement of confidence. Based on the results of the study, the implications were drawn, and a plan to activate the mock trial in social studies classes was sought.
