개인정보 규제수준과 데이터 결합이 빅데이터 활용에 미치는 영향

As a factor influencing big data utilization, this study analyzed the impact of the regulation level of personal information and the data combination on big data utilization. As a result of analysis, first, among regulation level of personal information, clarity of personal information definition, ease of consent of personal information, and appropriate punishment strength for violation of laws have a positive (+) relationship with big data utilization. However, integration of supervisory authority of personal information was dismissed. Second, among data combination, non-identification of data combination, responsibility of data combination, and data combination experience were significant(+) for big data utilization, but standardization of combined data and respondent’s jobs were dismissed. these results suggest that the introduction of pseudonym information, simplification of information subject's prior consent, conversion of criminal punishment to economic punishment, activation of non-identification, and safety measures for combined data are necessary.
