소기업 창업가의 일－가정 갈등과 생리적 부담에 대한 배우자 생리적 부담 전이에 관한 연구

[Purpose] This study examines in detail whether the physiological burden of spouses is transferred to entrepreneurs in small businesses. [Methodology] For this purpose, We surveyed 121 couples whose spouses were or were in business. And Two pairs of data were put together and analyzed. Also, The data were classified according to gender. [Findings] Entrepreneur’s work－family conflict has increased the physiological burden. The physiological burden of the spouse was transferred to the founder. So, The impact of work－family conflict on physiological burden was increased. Meanwhile, Female entrepreneurs were not affected by the spouse’s physiological burden, while male entrepreneurs were influenced by their spouse’s physiological burden. Finally, gender did not appear to control between work－family conflict and physiological burden. [Implications] This study empirically assessed in a small business, each entrepreneur－partner was surveyed and analyzed by combining the responses from two people into one data, Confirming that women and men are affected differently from the physiological burden of their spouses, It is meaningful both academically and practically in that it has been verified through in－depth analysis of gender effects.
