구인기업의 성장과 수익이 근로자 유지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 2016년부터 2018년까지 워크넷에 구인신청을 한 구인기업의 근로자 수 변화추이를 통해서 기업의 성장과 수익이 근로자수 유지에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 연구목적이 있다. 연구결과, 평균자산총계와 평균매출액은 증가했지만 평균근로자수는 크게 증가하지 않았으며, 평균근로자수증가율은 평균총자산증가율과 비슷하게 나타났다. 이는 기업이 총자산을 증가시키는 비율만큼 고용증가율도 따라오기 때문으로 추정된다. 기업규모와 외형규모를 나타내는 자산총계와 자본총계, 매출액은 근로자수와 상관관계가 모두 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미하였다. 근로자수를 종속변수로 하고 주요재무지표 변수들을 독립변수로 하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 도출한 회귀모형식의 설명력(수정R2 0.512)은 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 자산총계와 매출액의 회귀계수는 통계적으로 1% 수준에서 유의하여 근로자수 추정에 영향을 주는 중요한 변수는 자산총계와 매출액인 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 기업들이 근로자를 유지하는 데 크게 영향을 미치는 것은 투자결과에 따라 나타나는 기업규모와 외형규모인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 구인기업의 근로자 유지에 영향을 크게 미치는 재무적 요인을 규명한 것에 대해서 연구의 의미가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the growth and profit of the company on the maintenance of the number of workers through the change in the number of employees of job firms that have applied for work-net from 2016 to 2018. As a result, the average total asset and average sales increased, but the average number of employees did not increase significantly, and the average number of employees grew similar to the average total asset growth. This is because the employment growth rate is followed by the rate at which firms increase their total assets. Total assets, total capital, and sales, which represent the size of the company, were highly correlated with the number of employees and were also statistically significant. As a result of regression analysis using the number of employees as the dependent variable and the key financial index variables as independent variables, the explanatory power of the regression model(corrected R2 0.512) was statistically significant, and the regression coefficients of the total assets and the sales were statistically significant. At 1%, significant variables that affect the estimation of employees were asset total and sales. Therefore, it was analyzed that the asset size of the firm and the sales size of the firm, depending on the investment results, were the major influences on the retention of workers. This study is meaningful in that it identifies financial factors that greatly affect the number of employees in job openings.
