성격 요인이 대학생활만족도 및 창업의도와 고용가능성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The decline in school age population and giving up on college students’ studies are a major factor in the university's crisis. In addition, as the importance of entrepreneurship in addition to employment is emphasized as a new career alternative, various efforts have been made to increase the intention to start a business. Therefore, in this study, the SPSS statistical program was used to empirically analyze how the personalities of college students affect their university life satisfaction and start-up intention, and employment possibility. As a result, while personality factors had a positive (+) effect on university life satisfaction, only agreeableness among personality factors had a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention, and conscientiousness, agreeableness and extroversion had a significant effect on employment possibility. It was found that university life satisfaction had a positive effect on both employment possibility and start-up intention. This study is meaningful in that it has identified the effect of students’ personalities on not only university life satisfaction but also employment possibility and start-up intention. On the other hand, the limitation was that only personality variables were dealt with as variables affecting the employment possibility and start-up intention.
