윤리적 리더십이 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향 : 팀 커뮤니케이션의 매개효과

This study examines the effects of the ethical leadership of military team leaders on team performance and team commitment through team communication. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed for 100 teams (978 persons) of the Navy and Special Forces. The research results are as follows. First, the relationship between ethical leadership and team communication and the relationship between ethical leadership and team effectiveness proved the mediating effect of team communication, contributing to the theoretical expansion of ethical leadership. Second, this study has significance that the research was conducted at the team level. Third, in order to minimize the convenience of the same method, the measurement target for each variable was made different. The implications of the study are as follows. Military organizations should understand that team leader's ethical leadership can have a positive impact on team effectiveness through team communication, and develop and provide related programs to help team leaders effectively demonstrate ethical leadership. And the future research direction was discussed.
