메타분석을 활용한 기술사업화 촉진과 성과 증진 방안에 대한 연구 : 기술 확보유형별 분석을 통하여
A Study on the Promotion of Technology Commercialization and Performance Enhancement Utilizing Meta-Analysis: through Analysis by Technology Acquisition Type

본 연구에서는 기술사업화 관련 기존연구결과들을 메타분석의 방법으로 분석하고 종합하여 향후 기술사업화를 촉진하고 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과로서 첫째, 기술사업화의 영향요인 중에서 혁신체제(.443), 시장환경(.418), 제품화역량(.409)이 매우 중요한 요인으로, 그리고 흡수역량(.389), 내부협력(.375), 마케팅역량(.366), 제조능력(.348), CEO역량(.321)이 상당히 중요한 영향요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 기술획득 유형별 분석 결과로는 기술을 자체개발하여 사업화를 추진하는 경우에는 많은 수의 요인들이 중요한 영향요인으로 부각되어 기술사업화 추진에 부담감이 큰 반면, 외부기술을 도입하여 기술사업화를 추진하는 경우에는 중요영향요인의 수가 반감하여 기술사업화 추진에 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 시사점으로는 정부의 기술혁신에 대한 지원이 자체기술개발에 주로 집중되어 왔는데 향후에는 개방형 기술혁신을 장려하는 방향으로 정책전환의 필요성이 강조된다는 점이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to find ways to promote technology commercialization and improve its financial performance using meta-analytic statistical method. As the result of the analysis, first, innovation system (.443), market environment (.418), product-design capability (.409) were identified as very important factors. Second, as a result of analysis by type of technology acquisition, it is a fact that in the case of promoting the commercialization by self-developing the technology, a large number of factors are highlighted as an important influencing factor, which put a heavy burden on technology commercialization. On the other hand, in the case of promoting the commercialization of technology by introducing external technology, the number of important influencing factors is halved, which is advantageous for the commercialization of technology. As an implication suggested in this study, the government's support for technological innovation needs to be changed to the direction of encouraging open innovation in the future.
