장거리 비행시 객실승무원의 지각된 피로도에 영향을 끼치는 휴식제약요인에 대한 고찰

This research studied the constraint factors that affect the perceived fatigue of cabin crew during long flights. The purpose of this study was to examine how rest constraint factors identified in previous studies affect perceived fatigue, and the relationship between perceived fatigue and abnormal situations. Based on preceding research on rest constraints, five constructs were selected: temporal constraints (lack of rest time), spatial constraints (absence of bunks, impurity, claustrophobia), active constraints (activity of uniforms), psychological constraints (seniority), and business constraints (emotional labor and stress due to the following tasks). Based on the effects of the five constructs of perceived fatigue, a research model was established to verify the moderating effects of abnormal situations. This study was conducted by distributing online surveys to 300 cabin crew members who work on long-haul flights. As a result, 231 valid questionnaires were analyzed excluding sixty-nine unreliable responses. As a result, the spatial constraints of the preceding variables did not have a significant effect on abnormal situations. On the other hand, temporal constraints, activity constraints, psychological constraints, and task constraints have significant effects on abnormal situations. Based on these findings, this study discussed theoretical and practical implications and future research directions.
