This study aims to explore the feedback structure and dynamics of turnover intention among social workers at the organizational level and to seek strategic measures from the Systems Thinking approach. To achieve its goals, it provides the followings. Firstly, it presented the definition of turnover intention and its factors influencing turnover intention among social workers at the individual and organizational levels, based on the existing studies related. Secondly, it showed the feedback structure and dynamics of their turnover intention and further proposed the strategic points to solve the problem. Lastly, it drew conclusions, providing policy suggestions applicable at the organizational and institutional levels. It has significance in terms that it provides useful insights to comprehensively and dynamically understand turnover intention among social workers at the organizational level.
